Gary is our talented in-house illustrator and the creative genius behind our brands, our platforms and our printed products. His interests include collecting and playing vinyl records, art, tattoos and gaming.
After 11 years as a primary maths specialist, Tom fully understands the needs of teachers and is passionate about supporting them, and the children, to get the best out of our platforms. He is a “whizz kid” with video production and is responsible for our snazzy videos, reels and training content.
Tor writes all our creative content; everything from social media posts, to blogs, case studies and audio stories. When she's not word crunching, you can find her on the tennis court or writing murder mystery party scripts.
After teaching maths, Tom subsequently became a full-time developer. Tom ensures that our systems are always ahead of the game, incorporating the latest technology. He has a flare for design as well as an exceptional talent for coding. When he is not working for Maths Circle, he loves to climb.
Cedric is a talented developer who codes many of the cool teacher features of TTRS. He's a master bug fixer and app builder! He dances as a hobby and has built a fully functional school quizzing and learning platform for his local school in his spare time.
As a primary Maths Lead and Maths Hub Specialist, Gill is very well equipped to support teachers and children using TTRS and NumBots. Gill leads our partnerships with charities and organisations with aligned mathematical passions. She loves live music from rock to rave and running with her two dogs.
James joined the team after a career in Banking and now enjoys crunching numbers for us! In his own time, he loves walking his beautiful lab, Lola, indoor climbing at Big Rock in Milton Keynes and rowing on the river in Bedford. He also volunteers for Willen Hospice and the Greensand Trust.
Drawing on a decade of experience in education technology, Helen ensures that our platforms are easy to use, create brilliant outcomes for young people, and are supported by outstanding support services. At weekends you’ll find Helen hiking through the Yorkshire Dales.
Sarah has a background in design and uses her superb skills to create and shape our new game features and cool project collaborations. Sarah has a keen interest in photography and spends a lot of her free time with Wilf, her gorgeous working cocker spaniel.
Jen’s experience as a teacher and parent means she is passionate about helping schools and families with our platforms and engaging with our communities. She manages our teacher ambassador programmes, and leads our printed products. When not in the office, she enjoys practising her topspin forehand.
Adam, as well as being an actual rock star, is our system architecture genius and is responsible for managing our servers and making sure everything is ticking along nicely. Right now, he’s building a virtual reality space mission as a hobby!
Saj oversees our development operations and ensures that our servers and systems are working like a dream, so that game play is as smooth as possible. He is also our chief data and stats guru, and a brilliant person to have on your team for any pub quiz!
Bruno created Times Tables Rock Stars in his classroom at a secondary school in London, to tackle the problem of children not knowing their times tables. He has an ambition to empower all maths learners with the confidence they need to succeed.
Nicola utilises her background in law to make sure all our boxes are neatly ticked and is our GDPR guru. She’s passionate about making a difference to maths outcomes for young people. When not working, you will either find her on the Peloton bike or with a glass of wine in her hand – but not both!
Dario creates incredible content for our platforms and social media channels, and oversees our online competitions. He is also the mastermind behind our merchandise sales. When he’s not in the office, you are likely to find Dario in the gym wearing his “whiter-than-white” trainers.
